1/1 GN Aluminum Tray and Lid

ABENA 1/1 Gastronorm trays are available in several content sizes, and thus meet your various needs for storage, cooking, heating and serving. The roll edge makes it easy to put a lid on the tray and helps stabilize the tray. Aluminum can be used for most foods, and can be used in both conventional ovens and microwaves.

The aluminum lid is easily clamped around a 1/1 gastronorm tray and protects the contents in the tray and keeps them warm or cool.
